Every plastic card mailer order begins with your initial order. Plastic Card Factory knows how to make plastic cards and we love making them! Our cards are capable of displaying vibrant colors, high resolution graphics and offer interesting plastic material options for your cards, such as frosted and clear cards that make possible truly unique and eye catching products for your customers.
Submitting Your Artwork
One of the first things we need from you is instructions on how you want your cards to look. Every customer receives 3 hours free artwork setup and design service to get the cards made into a finished product via our printing and manufacturing plant.
We just need you to submit your art requirements to us. This can either be in an email describing what you need done, or as digital files that may contain actual images that you have developed on your own for production of your plastic card order. If you want to design these items yourself, we have created a set of design templates to guide you in setting up your artwork. These templates help define dimensions and specific imprint areas of our plastic card mailers.
You may elect to let our design specialists make a unique design just for you from scratch. Because art setup is free, you can take advantage of our designers years of production experience. Whether you have us design your cards or not, ultimately, you have complete control on deciding how your card's will be created and we will make sure your cards are professionally executed to yield the finest results possible.
Approval of Your Proof
We generate a proof that matches as closely as possible your original specifications and we send it to you for approval before any printing of your cards commences. Once you are happy with the proof, we begin the process of actually manufacturing the cards.
Our plastic cards are manufactured on a digital printing press and made from the finest plastic materials. Each card is is hand checked and sorted for final delivery. Any imperfect cards are discarded and we know you will be satisfied with the kind of quality and workmanship that goes into each card product we offer.
